VTM, taidekeraamikko<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Taiteen toteuttaminen ja k\u00e4sill\u00e4 tekeminen ovat aina kuuluneet el\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4ni. Tekemisen tarve on aina l\u00e4sn\u00e4. Ty\u00f6skentelymuodot \u2013 l\u00e4hinn\u00e4 keramiikka, kuvataide, hopeaty\u00f6 \u2013 ovat vuorotelleet tai v\u00e4lill\u00e4 kulkeneet rinnakkain.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ihmiset, el\u00e4imet, valo, vesi, kivet, mets\u00e4 ja vuodenajat v\u00e4reineen \u2013 mielest\u00e4ni siin\u00e4 on kaikki oleellinen taiteelleni. Olen omaksunut kaksi tyyli\u00e4 \u2013 ensimm\u00e4inen on tarinan, sadun tai kertomuksen kautta syntyneen mielikuvan toteutus. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 el\u00e4imet ovat mainioita malleja. N\u00e4en el\u00e4imiss\u00e4 hyvin sympaattisia piirteit\u00e4, v\u00e4lill\u00e4 humoristisiakin. Toinen tyylini on abstrakti, ep\u00e4looginen, yksinkertaistettu ja pelkistetty. N\u00e4ihin esineisiin yhdist\u00e4n usein ruosteista rautaa.<\/p>\n

Kostea savi, puhdas p\u00f6yt\u00e4, aurinko paistaa ty\u00f6huoneeseen, hiljaisuus \u2013 t\u00e4ydellinen hetki. T\u00e4ll\u00f6in voin kokea miten savi muokkautuu k\u00e4siss\u00e4ni esineiksi l\u00e4hes minusta riippumatta. Olen tulkinnut t\u00e4m\u00e4n tuntemuksen voimavaraksi, jolloin syvin minussa jo tiet\u00e4\u00e4 lopullisen muodon ja yksityiskohdat \u2013 kun tietoisuus ja kriittisyys tulevat jossain per\u00e4ss\u00e4.<\/p>\n

V\u00e4rit ja lasitteen ominaisuudet (kiilto, krakl\u00e9e, kuviot, moniv\u00e4risyys, el\u00e4vyys) ovat todella t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4 minulle. K\u00e4yt\u00e4n paljon aikaa suunnitellessa pintojen v\u00e4rityksi\u00e4. Lasitteet ovat keramiikassa yksi haastavimmista osa-alueista. Voimakkaat v\u00e4rit ja hienot vastav\u00e4rit ovat juttuni. Hyv\u00e4, el\u00e4v\u00e4 oranssi ja sen viereen pehme\u00e4, vaalea turkoosi \u2013 onnistuessaan t\u00e4ydellist\u00e4! T\u00e4ll\u00e4 matkalla olen viel\u00e4 kauan!<\/p>\n
